INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Taking into account the expectations and needs of customers and other interested parties, we have implemented and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with the Quality Management System standard ISO 9001:2015 and the Environmental Management System standard ISO 14001:2015. In carrying out our activities, we take into account the legal and other requirements applicable to our operations – including contractual and voluntary commitments – and comply with them.

MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT
In implementing the quality and environmental policy, top management takes responsibility and commits to adhering to the company’s long-term vision, achieving the set objectives, and acting in accordance with the principles of the EKSMA Optics Code of Ethics – integrity, respect for people and responsible business, protection of sensitive information, and care for employees and the environment. The policy supports the company’s strategic direction – sustainable growth, the development of production capacity and technological competencies, and the strengthening of leadership in the European precision optics market. This policy provides the framework for setting, reviewing and achieving the company’s quality and environmental objectives. Every employee, in performing their daily work functions, is responsible for implementing the principles of the quality and environmental policy. The quality and environmental policy is reviewed and evaluated by management at least once a year, taking into account the objectives achieved and possible changes. The policy is publicly available, communicated to all employees and, where necessary, provided to interested parties.

MAIN PRINCIPLES OF THE QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

  • Continuously improve and systematically manage the Integrated Management System (IMS), increasing process transparency and data security, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Continuously identify and manage risks and opportunities related to quality, the environment and business continuity.
  • Allocate the necessary and sufficient resources (human, financial, equipment) for carrying out processes.
  • Continuously improve business processes, taking into account the results of measuring the achievement of objectives.
  • Continuously increase the effectiveness of the IMS to support company’s profitability.
  • Improve production technologies, expand production capacity and strengthen supply chain reliability, ensuring consistently high quality of the company’s products for a growing customer base.
  • Create a motivating work environment, provide conditions for improving employee qualifications and competencies, respect human rights and ensure safe working conditions.
  • Foster mutually beneficial long-term relationships with the company’s partners, customers and suppliers, responding responsibly to their needs and expectations. We conduct business with integrity and transparency, following the principles of the company’s Code of Ethics.
  • Build an environmentally conscious culture, use resources efficiently, reduce the proportion of waste and, at the same time, create a safe working environment.
  • Prevent and reduce negative environmental impact, taking into account the identified environmental aspects and their potential impact. We contribute to mitigating climate change and manage chemicals and hazardous substances safely.
