Careers
Eksma Optics builds precision laser optics, crystals and electro-optical systems in Vilnius, Lithuania. Polishers, coating specialists, cleanroom assemblers, engineers and sales people run the whole production chain together in one 7,000 m² facility.
That means the work is hands-on and the result is visible: components leaving our manufacturing facility end up inside laser systems, semiconductor tools, medical devices and research instruments worldwide.
Commercial activities
Optical design, coating development, process and quality engineering, plus the sales and application engineers who take customer problems from first enquiry to a shipped assembly.
The whole process is in the building
Because we are vertically integrated, a component you touch does not disappear into a supplier's black box. Glass and crystal processing, precision polishing, coating deposition, ISO Class 7 assembly and final testing all happen a few doors apart — so it is normal here to follow a part end to end and to talk directly to the person at the next step.
Teams are small enough that you are not a line number. Engineers sit close to production, production feedback changes the process, and the person who coated an optic often sees the interferometer result the same week.
We work in English and Lithuanian, with customers in Europe, North America and Asia, and we send people to the industry's fairs — Photonics West, Optatec, AKL, OPIE — not just the sales team.
