We are pleased to announce that EKSMA Co. has taken control of EKSPLA Ltd. by increasing number of owned shares to 99.61%. Within the frame of acquisition shareholders of EKSPLA are receiving shares of EKSMA at agreed rate. At the same time shareholders of EKSMA and EKSPLA have agreed to consolidate all laser and photonics related businesses of both companies within EKSPLA Ltd., where Laser & Laser Systems and Photonics Components Divisions are established.
Both EKSPLA and EKSMA trademarks will be used for Laser and Components businesses respectively in the future. The deal is effective starting the 1st January 2004.

Photonics Components Div. is overtaking all responsibilities of EKSMA photonics business. Therefore, please find below the new company details for all future contracts (since 01/01/2004) as well as new delivery and contact information. Please share this information with all of your colleagues, who are involved into mutual business.
