Ordering Information

SHOPPING CART

EKSMA OPTICS shopping cart enables you to send request for catalogue and custom products a lot easier. All requests for catalogue and custom products can be sent only by registered customers. During registration you will be asked to fill in company details and shipping information. Please make sure you enter correct details as it will be used to proceed the order.

Symbols:

- Each product has default amount of 1. Please specify the amount needed and press shopping cart icon to add the product on your list. Once selected you can continue browsing through our product catalogue.

You can review your shopping cart at any time while browsing. Shopping cart review option enables you to change the amount of selected products and add or remove products. Please add any other comments into "Your comments" section.

You can send request for non-catalogue or custom products.

Same day shipment for orders of stock products placed before 13:30 PM. Check current time in Lithuanian here.

Product delivery time will be confirmed by sales manager.

Once request is submitted you will recieve automated message confirming the receipt of your request. One of our sales managers will inform you about product availability if it is not in stock and will provide you with all relevant information.

PRICES

Goods are sold net F.C.A. Vilnius, Lithuania and do not include any taxes. Quantity as well as research application discounts are subject to quote. EKSMA OPTICS reserves the right to change prices without advanced notice.

DELIVERY

Most of the standard products are shipped from stock after receipt of an order. Products made under custom specifications are dispatched within agreed term.
The default forwarder is DHL; other ways of shipment (TNT, FedEx, UPS) are possible upon request. If you have an account of DHL or other courier, add note in Your comments section and our sales managers will contact you and re-count shipping charges.

FREIGHT CHARGES
You will see estimated shipping charges for your chosen products at your Shopping Cart.

The table below gives prices for most common parcels up to 1 kg sent to most common destinations by DHL. More specific prices are subject to quote. We reserve the right to change prices without advanced notice. Shipping charges are prepaid and added as a separate item to your invoice.

Payment can be made by check, VISA or Master Card credit card or wire transfer in 30 days. Please incorporate any bank fees associated with your payment as remitter is responsible for these fees.

All items are of Lithuanian Origin (EU). Certificate of Origin is available upon request.

SATISFACTION AND RETURNS

All standard products are covered by 30 days customer satisfaction warranty. If for any reason the buyer is not satisfied with the purchased item, it may be returned freight prepaid for full credit.

WARRANTY

All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 9 months after delivery. We do not assume liability for installation, labour or consequential damages.
